All items purchased from SoCal Tools are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If a product offered by SoCal Tools itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to SoCal Tools or to products you purchase through SoCal Tools shall be submitted to SoCal Tools . All efforts will be made to resolve the dispute thought e-mails. For any disputes for products or this site arbitration shall be used.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVER ABILITY
Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. A "return authorization" must be made with us prior to item being sent. Contact us via email or by phone and we will give you authorization to send back. We resereve the right to refuse returns on any worn or damaged (other than during transit) items. A 15% restocking fee may be applicable on all refunds.
SHIPPING
SoCal Tools reserves the right to ship goods soley to the billing address. Exceptions may be made upon further review by SoCal Tools but not guaranteed. Currently items on this site can only be shipped within the US.
CREDIT CARD AND BILLING INFORMATION
SoCal Tools will ONLY accept credit cards when the billing address from the credit card is entered into billing address field. If the incorrect billing address is entered it WILL decline credit card. Furthermore ANY unverified paypal address may result in a canceled order.
We have set high standards in our business to lower risks of credit card fraud to you the customers as well as us.
